Thomas M. Beachkofsky, MD, FAAD is a Board-Certified Dermatologist (American Board of Dermatology) and serves as the Director of the Cutaneous Rehabilation Clinic at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado and received his Medical Degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. Subsequently he completed his internship and residency in Dermatology in San Antonio, Texas all while serving on Active Duty as an Officer in the United States Air Force. During training he was inducted in the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honors society and earned accolades as the distinguished graduate from his transitional internship and served as Chief Resident of his dermatology training program.
He is an experienced medical and procedural dermatologist as well as clinical researcher with extensive training and experience with the use of lasers, lights and energy-based devices. He is an internationally recognized expert and has lectured on the use of such devices around the world and published his work in multiple textbooks and over 35 peer reviewed journals articles. He is most well-known for his experience with the use of ablative lasers for the treatment of burns, scars and extensive sun damaged skin and currently operates 30+ devices in his clinic. He is passionate about the care of veterans, wounded warriors and amputees and in 2020 was awarded the Henry M. Jackson Foundation Hero of Military Medicine. His current research is focused on rehabilitating scars in the amputee population and restoring the form and function of aging skin.
Mark Taylor, MD, FAAD

Dr. Mark B. Taylor founded the Gateway Aesthetic Institute and Laser Center in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1997, the largest dedicated cosmetic laser center in the world with over 60 lasers and more than a dozen energy devices. He has over 35 years’ experience in cosmetic dermatology and laser treatments.
Dr. Taylor completed a bachelor-of-arts degree at Brigham Young University, medical school at the University of Utah and a dermatology residency at the University of Oregon. He is board-certified in dermatology through the American Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Taylor is a respected leader in the field of cosmetic dermatology laser surgery, pioneering, teaching and publishing new laser techniques to thousands of doctors world-wide. In March 2018 he conducted the Master Circuit Course for the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He invented the Taylor Liberator® acne scar subcision instrument used by doctor all over the world to treat rolling acne scars. Dr. Taylor also invented the Poke a Dot Lift® procedure.
He is a fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology, a cosmetic surgery fellowship director for the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, a member of DASIL and other international professional organizations.
Dr. Taylor is cofounder of SkinCareRx.com on of the world’s largest online vendors of skin care products. He invented 3 cosmeceutical lines including: COSMION®, NuCelle®, and M2.
Dr. Taylor has a passion for treating acne scars, laser resurfacing, birthmarks, laser eyelid surgery, complex cosmetic skin problems and a broad array of other cutaneous laser procedures. Dr. Taylor is one of the most knowledgeable and experience laser physicians in the world. He performs thousands of laser treatments each year as a full-time cosmetic dermatology and laser surgeon.
Dr. Taylor expanded Gateway founding the Gateway Emerging Technologies Medical Clinic in 2015 where functional wellness medicine and FDA-monitored clinical research is conducted.
Asif Hussein, MBBS, DipDerm, FASLMS
Dr Asif Hussein is a dermatologist specializing in acne scar management and cutaneous laser surgery. He is medical director at DrHConsult based at 75 Harley Street London. He has developed extensive experience in the field of acne scar management treating over 500 cases a year. He also specializes in the management of acne scarring in darker skin types (FP 4-6) with full ablation laser surgery. He is an Honorary Lecturer at the Blizard Institute at Queen Mary University of London.

She is currently a professor at the University (Faculty of Medical Sciences of MG, Brazil) where she has a research group with 30 members among Medical Students, Psychologist and Physicians (dermatologists)
She has also a Dermatology Provate Setting in Brazil primarily focused in keloids and scars.
