Dr. Nazanin Saedi is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Biology at Thomas Jefferson University, and she serves as Director of Laser Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatology. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University. She completed her medical education at The George Washington University School of Medicine, where she graduated with distinction and with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. Dr. Saedi completed her dermatology residency at the University of California, Irvine, and she completed her fellowship training at SkinCare Physicians in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Dr. Saedi has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. She lectures nationally and internationally on laser surgery and cosmetic dermatology.

I am a dermatologist with over 30 years of experience in clinical practice, academic teaching, research, and organizational leadership. I hold MBBS, MD, and DNB in Dermatology and began my career as faculty at JSS Medical College and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College before establishing CUTIS Academy of Cutaneous Sciences, affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. CUTIS is now a recognized center for dermatology education, fellowship training, and clinical research.
Academically, I have authored multiple textbook chapters, served as Editor-in-Chief of the IADVL Textbook of Trichology and Difficult to Treat Hair and Scalp disorders and published over 80 papers in national and international journals. I have conducted more than 100 clinical trials in acne, pigmentation, psoriasis, vitiligo, hair disorders, lasers, and aesthetic dermatology, with a patient database exceeding 15 lakh cases, including 6 lakh trichology cases. I supervise over 25,000 dermatology procedures annually, ranging from lasers to hair restoration surgery
I have held several leadership roles in dermatology organizations, including Scientific Chair, Dermacon International 2019, Secretary General, World Congress of Cosmetic Dermatology 2017, and Academic Chair, ACSI 2023–24. I am also a past president of KN IADVL and have contributed to SIG Trichology initiatives.
I am the recipient of numerous awards and orations, including the Dr. AK Bajaj Oration (DERMACON 2025), Prof. T.C. Saikia Memorial Oration (2024), Economic Times Inspiring Dermatologist Award (2019), and Karnataka Vaidya Ratna (2012).
My professional interests encompass clinical dermatology, trichology, lasers, aesthetic dermatology, biologics, and practice management. With my experience in academic leadership, research, and organizational activities, I aim to contribute to ACSI by strengthening academic initiatives, promoting collaborative research, and mentoring the next generation of dermatologists.

Dr. Kwan received a B.S. in biology from UCLA, magna cum laude, and completed his medical training at USC. He executed an internship at the University of Rochester Medical Center and returned to Los Angeles for a residency at UCLA. He became the Chief Resident of dermatology at King/Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles. He then opened his own practice in San Francisco, California, which he successfully ran for many years before moving to southern California to be closer to his family.

Dr. Omar A. Ibrahimi is the founding and medical director of the Connecticut Skin Institute. He is a board certified Dermatologist who has completed advanced fellowship training in Skin Cancer, Laser and Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Ibrahimi has trained at the most prestigious medical institutions in the country. He is one of the foremost physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of skin cancer, as well as medical and cosmetic issues involving the skin. He has been honored as a Castle-Connolly Top Doctor since 2016 for his outstanding patient care.

Dr. Ibrahimi was born and raised in New York City. He graduated from Stuyvesant High School and then attended New York University for both his undergraduate and medical school education. He is a graduate of the rigorous MD-PhD program and was honored with the Sulzberger award given to the top graduating medical student in dermatology. He then completed his Dermatology training at Harvard Medical School working at Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Children’s Hospital of Boston, Dana Farber Cancer Institute and the Boston Veteran’s Hospital. Omar then completed a fellowship program in Mohs and Reconstructive Surgery, Laser and Cosmetic Surgery at the University of California – Davis.

Dr. Omar Ibrahimi is accredited by the American College of Mohs Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Lasers in Surgery and Medicine and the American Academy of Dermatology. He is well-known nationally and internationally, having been an invited speaker at numerous national meetings, and has written extensively about Mohs Surgery, Laser and Cosmetic Procedures. Dr. Ibrahimi has published many articles on skin cancer surgery, laser and cosmetic procedures in leading medical journals. He has also performed tens of thousands of cases of Mohs Surgery and Laser and Cosmetic procedures. Dr. Ibrahimi has been responsible for unveiling and optimizing many of the latest cosmetic procedures that have hit the market in recent years and his practice is among the first to receive the latest innovations in aesthetic dermatology.

Dr. Ibrahimi has served as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Harvard Medical School in the Wellman Center for Photomedicine. The Wellman Center for Photomedicine is the world’s leading research center, where the majority of today’s laser and cosmetic technologies were invented and tested. He is an active participant in many clinical trials of new technologies. Prior to founding the Connecticut Skin Insititute, Dr. Ibrahimi was also an Assistant Professor of Dermatology, Dermatologic Surgery and Mohs Surgery at the University of Connecticut, and served as the Director of Laser and Cosmetic Surgery.

Boncheol (Leo) GOO is a board-certified dermatologist/dermatologic surgeon based in Seoul, Korea. He is serving as a chief director of Naeum Dermatology and Aesthetics Clinic. He finished his dermtologic residency at Severance hospital, after graduating from Yonsei University College of Medicine. He served as a faculty in Seoul National University hospital in Seoul and Lutronic corporation (Now Cynosure-Lutronic) for years, continuing many roles and resposibilities in dermatologic and scientific societies, and industrial partners mostly on R&D, communication and clinical application. His academic interests focus on scar, medical devices, dermatosurgery and entrepreneurship in the medical and engineering fields.
